HDPE SHEET

HDPE Sheet (High-Density Polyethylene) is a durable plastic sheet made from high-density polyethylene resin. It features excellent mechanical strength, chemical corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and weather resistance, and is widely used in industries such as industrial manufacturing, machinery, food processing, chemicals, construction, water treatment, and agriculture.
The material has low water absorption, strong wear resistance, a smooth surface, and is easy to clean. According to specific customer requirements, we can provide one-stop services including precision cutting, machining, forming, or welding assembly, transforming it into complex industrial components.
Chemical Corrosion Resistance
Highly stable against various chemicals (acids, alkalis, organic solvents, etc.), suitable for corrosive working environments.
High Impact Strength
Excellent toughness; resistant to cracking or damage under harsh conditions or low-temperature environments, with stable structure.
Weather & UV Resistance
Good weather resistance; will not deform or fade after long-term outdoor use.
KEY FEATURES
Low Water Absorption
Virtually non-absorbent, moisture-proof and mildew-resistant; ideal for humid or underwater environments.
Lightweight & Easy to Process
Low density; easy to cut, weld, and machine, significantly reducing installation and transportation costs.
Food-Grade Safety
Available in FDA/NSF compliant grades, safe for food-contact applications.

FAQ
Q: Can HDPE sheets be used outdoors?
A: Yes. Our black and modified HDPE grades have excellent UV resistance and are suitable for long-term outdoor exposure.
Q: How to join two HDPE sheets?
A: Plastic welding processes (such as hot air welding or extrusion welding) are recommended. Countersunk bolts can also be used for mechanical fastening.
Q: What is the difference between HDPE sheets and UHMW-PE sheets?
A: HDPE is easier to weld and is more cost-effective; UHMW-PE has a higher molecular weight and exhibits stronger abrasion resistance and impact resistance.
